Job Purpose
We are looking for a Mid-level QA Analyst to join our technology projects, ensuring the quality of our products and processes. If you are passionate about quality, test automation, and want to work in a collaborative, multinational environment, this opportunity is for you!
Job Description
1. Define test strategies and develop validation plans for releases and tasks.
2. Create, improve, and execute manual and automated test cases.
3. Implement and maintain test automation routines (QA Automation).
4. Integrate test routines into CI/CD pipelines.
5. Document results, report defects, and follow up on correction cycles.
6. Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
7. Work across different squads, collaborating with development and operations teams.
8. Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks in the software development process
9. Location: Tech Center, Ilha do Fundão, RJ
You are meant for this job if:
10. Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
11. Experience in software quality, with test case definition and execution of manual and automated tests.
12. Solid understanding of QA frameworks/methodologies.
13. Hands-on experience with version control and continuous integration tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
14. Familiarity with testing and defect management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail).
15. Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).
Nice to Have:
16. Programming in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
17. Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), Postman, or SoapUI.
18. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
19. Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
20. Knowledge of Control & Automation processes.
