Help coordinate events across all 18 Activities Committees, ensuring accurate communication of event details to all relevant departments and participating members. Based in our Epsom clubhouse with occasional travel to our London clubhouse Responsibilities: Booking committee functions by email, telephone or in person – including but not limited to activity tuition and lessons, annual dinners, lectures, committee meetings, lunches and dinners, and updating the activity committees’ annual calendar. To assist the Activities Group Events Coordinator to manage bookings on behalf of activity groups following the guidelines in place. Processing new bookings, cancellations, monitoring the waiting list and filling any available spaces for upcoming events.
