Job Description Production Manager Location: Coalville Salary: £36,711 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Our client is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting both quality standards and washing targets. Duties Oversee and manage all aspects of the washing process. Implement and monitor operational plans and production schedules. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Analyse production performance data, focusing on efficiency, output, and product quality. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs. Lead, mentor, and support team members to foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
