The Role We’re seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor from NQ to handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you’re most productive, while being fully supported by their collaborative and dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing: Advising clients (both employers and employees) on a range of employment law issues Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Helping to shape their growing firm with your expertise and ideas What We’re Looking For: Confident handling a broad caseload independently.
