Manby Lodge Infant School is lookingfor a Caretaker to join their School.

Caretaker
We seek to appoint a proactive Caretaker to be responsible for the provision of and looking after and maintaining our school building and grounds. Responsibilities will include portering, maintenance work, odd jobs, compliance testing, overseeing health & safety alongside our School Business Manager, as well as security and carrying out cleaning duties as and when needed.
The hours to be covered are 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday all year round. Because we want to find the right person, we can be flexible and would consider the hours to be worked either in the morning, (including time before the school day starts) and/or afternoon/evening (including end of day checks and locking up the school) The role may also include some 'out of hours' working for which overtime would be paid.

Previous experience of working in a school is desirable. Applicants must be 18 or over.
Actual Salary: £23,947 based on 30 hours per week (FTE Salary is £25,052)
