Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused Dental Receptionist to join our friendly & experienced team at the Dental Practice on Broadway, in Woking.
The essentials:
* 30 hours over 4 days on a rota basis
* Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm with non working day Tuesday or Friday weekly
* Competitive rate from £13.50 per hour
* Join our well established team in our reputable fully private specialist referrals practice
* Convenient central location with transport links locally (bus & train)
The duties of this role will involve but not be limited to:
* Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Verify insurance information and process billing and payments
* Maintain and update patient records
* Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies
* Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
About you

* Previousfront of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although thisisn’ta must-have)
* Apositive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
* Greatcommunicationskills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
