ISS is looking for a confident Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facilities services contract across three sites in Humberside.
Managing a £1.2m contract and significant annual projects, you’ll have real autonomy to shape and grow the account.
What you’ll do:
* Lead a team of 20, including Helpdesk, Cleaning, and Security
* Oversee P&L, budgets, and project delivery (asset replacements, fabric upgrades)
* Manage day-to-day operations and client relationships across a live public space
* Ensure compliance through health & safety and industry audits
* Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor KPIs and drive contract performance
About you:
* Proven Facilities Manager experience
* Experience of managing PFI contracts
* Strong background in Hard FM (technical infrastructure & engineering systems)
* Skilled in Soft FM service delivery
* Experienced in P&L and budget management
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
