In-House Paralegal – Legal, HR & Compliance
We are working with a financial services firm, who is looking to build a high-calibre team of experienced Paralegals to work cross-functionally across Legal, HR and Compliance.

Your duties will include:
* Deliver expert, cross-functional support across Legal, HR and Compliance on a wide range of matters.
* Draft and review employment contracts, commercial agreements, correspondence, handbooks, policies and procedures.
* Manage and maintain legal and contractual documentation to ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Provide high-quality input on employee relations, investigations and complex HR issues.
* Support compliance initiatives, including SMCR requirements and responses to regulatory matters.
* Contribute to significant legal disputes and high-stakes projects, including the set-up of new offices in different jurisdictions.
* Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis and summarisation of critical issues.
* Collaborate closely with the wider Legal, HR and Compliance teams to deliver seamless cross-functional support.
* Undertake general hands-on tasks as an integral part of the team while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
