Role – Arboricultural Consultant / Tree Surveyor
You will be part of a supportive consultancy team working on a wide range of projects, including:
* Tree surveys for development, planning and risk management
* Producing high‑quality surveys and reports for a variety of clients
* Advising clients on tree health, safety and management
* Working alongside planners, architects, engineers and ecologists
* Contributing to the delivery of innovative and sustainable tree management solutions
What Our Client is Looking For
* A qualification in arboriculture, forestry or a related discipline (Level 3 minimum; Level 4/5 or degree desirable)
* Tree surveying skills (experience with BS5837 surveys an advantage)
* Professional Tree Inspection – LANTRA
* Knowledge of tree risk assessment (VALID, QTRA, TRAQ or similar beneficial)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A positive, professional approach, with enthusiasm for continued learning
* A full UK driving licence
* For experienced consultants: a track record of delivering consultancy projects, client management and mentoring skills will be valued
* For graduates/early‑career candidates: full training, mentoring and CPD will be provided to support your development
