We are looking to recruit Reablement Support Workers to serve in Northwich, Winsford, Frodsham, and surrounding rural areas.

The service is based at the portal in Ellesmere Port, but the team delivers care and support throughout the borough in people’s homes.
What you’ll be doing
As a Reablement Worker, you will support people in their own homes for short periods to help them reach their full potential. This includes managing various aspects of daily living skills, setting clear and achievable goals, and helping individuals rebuild their independence and confidence to live independently at home and within their communities.

We seek individuals who genuinely care and are committed to making a difference. The role covers a 7-day service, requiring work on alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Enhanced pay rates are offered for Bank Holidays, Evening, and Weekend work.
This is a 30-hour per week permanent position.
Shift patterns include:
* 7am – 1pm
* 8am – 2pm
* 4pm – 10pm
Travel is required; please demonstrate on your application how you will meet this requirement.

A valid driving license is essential, as this is a community-based role.
Previous experience in care is not required, as full training will be provided.
