Key responsibilities
* Acting for banks, funds, corporates and sponsors across a wide range of finance transactions
* Running deals and managing client relationships
* Working on multi-jurisdictional matters in collaboration with international offices
* Contributing to business development, client events and know-how initiatives
* Supporting the wider finance team with mentoring and internal development
About you
* 2–6 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance
* Strong grounding in leveraged, corporate or real estate finance
* Experience with high-value, cross-border matters
* Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
