THE ROLE
Relay Direct is looking for a driven Junior Business Development Associate to join our growing Milton Keynes team. If you're ready to leave the classroom behind and start building a genuine commercial career, this is your entry point.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify and engage prospective customers through direct outreach
* Represent Relay Direct's brand partners with professionalism and energy
* Support campaign strategy with insights from real customer interactions
* Contribute to team targets and participate in regular performance reviews
* Develop a deep understanding of sales cycles and client engagement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Commercially curious with strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working towards clear targets
* Any background considered — customer service, retail, and graduate applicants are all welcome
* Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
