Job Description Job Title: Quantity Surveyor\n\nLocation: Manchester\n Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time\n Salary: Up to 70k\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team, delivering a diverse portfolio of new build, fit-out, design & refurbishment projects across multiple sectors. This is a senior role requiring strong commercial leadership, cost control expertise, and the ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to final account.\n\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and in line with contractual and commercial objectives, while supporting and mentoring junior team members.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCommercial & Cost Management\n\nLead full commercial management of projects from tender stage through to final account\nPrepare cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows\nManage variations, change control, and commercial risk\nMaximise project value while protecting margin and cash flow\nProduce accurate monthly valuations, CVRs, and financial reportsPre-Construction & Procurement\n\nSupport pre-construction and estimating teams on tenders and bids\nPrepare and review tender documentation and pricing schedules\nLead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and
