Support Worker Role
Salary from £27,581 per annum plus an additional £3,000 - £6,000 per annum for sleep-ins. Full-time, 39 hours per week, rolling shift pattern, 2 on 4 off. Full UK Driving Licence required.
Willow House is a 5-bedded residential children’s home in the South Downs, working with females aged 12-18 with complex needs including mental health, behavioural issues, and special educational needs. We use a therapeutic approach to support self-esteem, aspirations, and healthy attachments.
