Development of Ceuta Healthcare client relationships to achieve profitable sales and distribution of clients’ products within designated categories and trade channels, aligned with client and company objectives and standards.
Client Specific Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the key contact for all client requirements.
2. Manage trade objectives and recommend strategies.
3. Develop trade marketing plans.
4. Chair regular review meetings and conference calls.
5. Forecast sales and market trends.
Trade Specific Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with sales teams to develop category solutions and strategic plans.
2. Lead trade meetings and coordinate range review processes.
3. Manage partnership marketing activities and POSM materials.
4. Oversee merchandising, in-store consumer activities, and other trade marketing initiatives.
5. Provide sales force with essential account information, including pricing, competitor analysis, and promotional plans.
Line Management:
1. Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
2. Coordinate performance appraisals and training needs with Talent Management & Development.
3. Lead recruitment efforts and ensure adherence to company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG, preferably healthcare.
2. Experience working with trade customers, especially Grocery multiples.
3. Sales and/or marketing experience is advantageous.
4. Previous team management experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
1. Good general education, including Maths and English.
2. Degree level education or equivalent.
Required Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills and trend forecasting.
2. Ability to identify new opportunities and define trade strategies.
3. Understanding of financial metrics like ROI, promotional evaluation, and sales modeling.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
5. Ability to interpret marketing guidelines and work independently with clients.
6. Strong networking and leadership skills.
