DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for adapting, creating, and optimising digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email/CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in video and still editing, and a deep understanding of digital media trends.
Location: London (hybrid)

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Social Media & Video Production
* Lead the creation of engaging social content, staying on top of trends to fuel social platforms
* Edit short-form and long-form videos, optimizing them for various social media and digital formats.
* Assist in still image editing, ensuring high-quality visuals for all digital touchpoints.
* Support social shoot production, including briefing, producing, directing, editing, and delivering final assets
* To become a social expert within the skincare industry and share insights and learnings with key stakeholders
Content Creation & Adaptation
* Adapt global brand assets for use across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
* Create, design, and format digital content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads.
* Edit and refine both video and still imagery to align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
Asset & Content Management
* Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure streamlined content management and accessibility.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
* 3-5 years experience with digital content, client or agency side.
* Able to demonstrate a portfolio of creative projects that delivered results.
Skills & Requirements:
* TikTok and Instagram native and understands how to work with the algorithm
* A social video editor who stays current in their style and likes to push bounties to get noticed
* Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media content adaptation.
* Strong knowledge of social media and advertising platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Meta
* Power user of the following:
* Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign
* Familiar with:
* Video Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
* Prototyping Platforms: Figma, Sketch or similar
* CRM, CMS & Email Marketing: Ometria, Amplience
* Project Management Tools: Monday.com
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience in asset management and content organization is a plus.
