Conveyancing Fee Earner – Rotherham
A well-established and respected law firm in Rotherham is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with the support of a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.
The Role:

* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
\t
* Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
\t
* Maintain excellent client relationships, delivering a high standard of service
\t
* Work within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative and legal support
About You:
\t
* An experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a busy caseload
\t
* Excellent client care and communication skills
\t
* A proactive and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail
