Job Opportunity: Part-Time Personal Assistant in Bournemouth
Are you or someone you know looking for a flexible PA role in Bournemouth? We're seeking a highly organized and computer-literate individual for a part-time position.
The role
The role involves two aspects: administrative tasks and cognitive ability identification.
The role involves assisting the client with administrative tasks, such as: event planning (birthday parties, hen dos, etc), holiday planning, schedule assistance (booking appointments), selling items of clothing online, email and phone communication, and home organisation.
Throughout the sessions with the client, it is the PA's responsibility to identify any cognitive/physical symptoms of their brain injury. For example: fatigue, getting easily distracted, slow speech, and delayed thought process. At the end of each session, the PA writes a report of the session, detailing what was done and any cognitive/physical symptoms identified.
Additionally, the PA will attend meetings with the client's team to discuss their progress (about once every two months).
Why apply? In the words of current PA
The role has allowed me to strengthen my organisational and communication skills, which massively benefited me during my time at university and now in my career. Additionally, it taught me vital skills and knowledge of how to create an inclusive and accessible workplace for those who are disabled. Learning this has been incredibly beneficial when working in the creative industries.
This job suited me as a student due to its flexibility and limited working hours.
Finally, the client is a lovely, interesting, and incredibly driven individual who is a joy to work with.
