As a Dual Registered Children\'s Manager, You Will
* Oversee the management of two residential homes, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Lead and support a team of dedicated staff to provide exceptional care.

* Ensure the homes operate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in the last 5 years within a children\'s residential home.
* Level 3 qualification in Children\'s Residential.
* Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or willingness to work towards it.
