About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Technical Coordination Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the technical aspects of our projects.Activities to be carried out:
1. Configuration management: Oversee design changes, open-points, and interfaces.
2. Design Change Management: Pilot and coordinate technical aspects of configuration changes among stakeholders, ensuring consistency and optimization.
3. Cross-functional coordination: Resolve technical issues by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Participation in meetings: Attend and contribute to coordination meetings (modification committee, project decision meetings, etc.).
5. Progress presentation: Share progress reports, including KPI production and data analysis to support management and decision-making.
Profil recherché
Essential Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
6. Engineering Background: Experience in one or more disciplines such as nuclear safety, electrical, mechanical, systems, civil, or layout. Must have a broad engineering background and a great ability to learn.
7. Software Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Word/Excel, 3D viewers, and configuration management tools.
8. Key Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, influencing abilities, teamwork as well as independent initiative, multi-tasking capabilities, logical thinking, results-focused with commitment and deadline adherence.
9. Desirable Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
10. HPC Project Experience: Previous experience with the HPC project, familiar with configuration management processes and tools.
11. Nuclear Project Experience: Experience with nuclear new build projects and EPR technology specifically.
