Customer Service Executive – European Markets (German Speaking) Flint, North Wales Up to £35000 – Plus Benefits Full-time, Permanent Our Client is on the lookout for a driven and friendly Customer Service Executive to join their busy Supply Chain team! If you’ve got top-notch communication skills and speak fluent German, we want to hear from you. You’ll be the main point of contact for key European retail customers – especially in Germany and Switzerland – making sure their orders are spot-on, on time, and delivered with a smile. What you'll be doing: * Processing and managing customer orders from start to finish * Coordinating with Planning, Sales, and Distribution to meet delivery targets * Handling customer queries, stock updates, and order documentation * Attending virtual meetings and providing updates on stock, deliveries, and new products * Supporting your team during busy periods and holidays What we need from you: * Minimum 2 years in a busy customer service role * Fluent in German (written and spoken) * Strong organisational skills and a real eye for detail * Confident using systems like QAD and Excel * A positive, proactive attitude – a real team player!
