We have an open position for an operator for the Socket line working rotating shifts (Week 1: 06:00 – 16:00 Monday-Thursday, Week 2: 16:00-00:30 Monday-Thursday & 14:00 – 19:00 Friday) in Southend, Essex.
You may be required to work other shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To manually & automatically assemble products and Identify improvements
2. Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes
3. Carry out activities in line with Company procedures and process standard work
4. Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment
5. Participate in improvement teams and initiatives
6. Actively support waste reduction initiatives
Key skills and qualifications
7. Must be able to read & understand Quality documentation
8. Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirements
9. Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation
10. Ideally conversant with assembly systems
11. Good communicator at all levels
