Our highly regarded recruitment client is seeking an experienced 'recruitment/executive search' administrator to join their team. Located in the City, the role is to provide extensive and advanced administrative support to a 'boutique' office of consultants. The role will be busy and varied with duties ranging from:
• Providing support in scheduling client, recruiter and candidate meetings, interviews and video conferences as needed
• Data gathering/entering from source documents into databases (SharePoint and Invenias
• Transcribe information into the required electronic format, respond to requests for information and access relevant data, comply with company data integrity and security policies
• Various other search related support.
The successful person will have extensive experience gained in administration support within law firms, legal or executive search, professional services industries and/or with C-levels.
A team player – a superb multi tasker, flexible, with an excellent eye for detail and who takes pride in doing a job well.
Ideally educated to degree level.
Start asap – hybrid, hours 9-6pm
