NonStop Care is currently working with an island authority who are looking for an Advanced Social Worker to join their Child Protection team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and needs of clients
Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans designed to safeguard clients from harm
Coordinating with other service providers, agencies, and professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
