Our client is currently seeking a skilled construction manager to oversee night operations at Heathrow on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and co-ordinating subcontractors on telecoms projects
Addressing any issues that arise on site and ensuring seamless communication with the morning shift
Conducting quality and safety checks to maintain high standards of work and compliance
Managing and supervising your own team
Job Requirements:
Experience as an telecoms construction or site manager, or similar roles within the telecoms and construction sector
Strong background in airport or similar industrial construction management
Assertive and vigilant with excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficient in conducting quality and safety checks on construction sites
Exceptional team management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Hours of 22:00-06:00
