Bank Senior Support Worker at Plas Cae Crwn
Salary: £14.04 per hour
Shift times: bank 0 hour contract - as/when needed in service
Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest standard of care to service users in a residential setting.
* Use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.
* Build strong relationships with service users, their families and friends, ensuring they feel welcomed.
* Keep health care professionals well‑informed about residents' needs and progress.
* Keep Line Manager up to speed on residents’ needs and progress.
* Write up care plans and keep accurate written records.
* Follow guidelines and policies and act as a team player.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and communicative.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Completed or working towards QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
