We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist Recruitment Consultancy for a Recruitment Team Manager to oversee and develop their consultant team.
This is a hands‑on management role focused on performance, engagement and progression — you’ll lead from the front, supporting consultants to hit targets, build capability and enjoy long‑term careers within the business.

* Manage, coach and develop a team of consultants to drive performance and results
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members
* Deliver structured learning and development programmes across all levels
* Run engagement initiatives and drive action plans to strengthen culture and retention
* Partner with senior leadership to identify skills gaps and future talent needs
* Support employer brand, reward and recognition programmes across the business
* Experience managing consultants or teams within a recruitment or sales‑led environment
* A strong track record of coaching, developing and motivating people
* Solid understanding of recruitment processes and performance drivers
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with a practical, commercial approach
