The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a sales or clinical professional to join this well-established organisation operating within the veterinary sector. This full-time permanent role focuses on managing, winning and developing strong relationships with veterinary practices and referral hospitals, whilst driving sales across a broad range of veterinary surgical products.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting products used within veterinary orthopaedic procedures, soft tissue surgery, general surgery and everyday consumables. The role involves managing an existing customer base while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the territory.
Day to day, the Sales Specialist will work closely with veterinary surgeons, practice managers, referral hospitals, clinics and specialist distributors. This is a consultative sales role where understanding clinical needs and presenting appropriate product solutions will be key to long‑term success.
Candidate requirements:
* Field based sales experience within the veterinary or medical devices sectors
* OR a clinical veterinary background such as a vet, vet nurse or clinician seeking a new challenge
* Ability to build long-term relationships and manage a regional territory effectively
* Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package for Sales Specialist:
* Basic salary £45,000 – £50,000
* £12,000 OTE
* £6,000 car allowance or salary sacrifice company car scheme
