Finance Assistant Egham, Surrey £28,000 to £31,000 per annum Monday to Friday | Full-time Hybrid working We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Finance Assistant (Salvage) to join our growing finance team at 4th Dimension Innovation Group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting the Salvage business function while working closely with colleagues across the wider organisation. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Salvage finance function Processing incoming and outgoing payments Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices Recording receipts from third-party platforms Processing financial information across multiple systems Completing weekly and monthly reconciliations Communicating with internal teams and external customers Handling office phone calls, daily post, and general finance duties What we’re looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance department Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Well-organised with the ability to manage your own workload Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office packages A proactive and flexible team player Reliable, conscientious, and solutions-focused What we offer: Salary of £28,000 to £31,000, depending on experience Monday to Friday working hours 2-month onsite training period Hybrid working thereafter: 2 days from home, 3 days onsite A supportive, values-led working environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-developing business
