A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner, or a senior lawyer ready to step up, to play a leading role in its growing Bristol corporate practice. The firm is known for advising ambitious founders, investors and fast‐growth businesses across sectors including technology, media, healthcare, life sciences and innovative start‐ups.
You'll sit at the heart of a high‐performing corporate team, working on complex, high‐quality transactional matters and acting as a trusted adviser to entrepreneurial clients. The role includes:
* M&A transactions
* Private equity and venture capital investments
* Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
* Strategic corporate and growth advisory work
