The Company:

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Social housing contractor, who are looking for a Fire Safety Lead - Regional covering the SW.
Day to Day:
1. Manage new and existing public sector contracts across the South West.
2. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations across the region.
3. Manage teams, review programs, and oversee existing contracts.
4. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met on each workstream.
5. Meet with clients regularly and develop business relationships.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Fire safety-related qualifications are beneficial.
2. Technical fire safety understanding required.
3. Strong communication skills to hold client meetings and represent the company.
4. Experience mobilising contracts within the public sector/social housing sector.
