Breathe Payments are a fast-growing fintech card payments &Epos business with a focus on new tech payment products. We are growing fast & on the lookout for positive & pro-active people to help us grow even faster.
This role will help drive B2B leads & to optimise cost per lead & conversion via digital & social media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation in these channels & be a commercial marketeer with an eye on ROI.
Key responsibilities
* Develop digital marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy
* Plan & execute paid & organic lead generation campaigns via Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
* Manage paid ads, google & other digital channels to optimise spend & results
* Develop & manage website content & SEO to drive traffic
* Develop & execute targeting email marketing campaigns & automations, targeting warm & cold prospects, ensuring email deliverability
* Develop & manage content & promotional material for use over a variety of channels
* Identify & scrape cold data sources for outreach campaigns
* Utilize tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar to automate & track campaigns
* Create & manage content calendar & coordinate internally
* Optimize campaigns based on analytics & performance tracking to ensure ROI
* Analyse consumer behaviour & adjust campaigns accordingly
Skills / Experience Required
* 2+ years of demonstrable experience in B2B Digital Marketing
* 2+ years of working with paid Facebook / LinkedIn
* Proven experience in cold data sourcing & email marketing
* Understanding of social lead generation channels & SEO
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Familiarity with cold outreach platforms & automation tool
* Experience with lead generation, data scraping, & CRM management
* Commercially astute with good knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, & channels.
* Content creation skills & a love for great copy & witty communication
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, & a friendly collaborative style
* Highly organised & proactive self-starter
* Excellent written & verbal English
* Card payments or Epos experience preferred, but not essential
