Job Description
The successful Key Account Manager (Independents Account Manager) - HA will:
* Managing and developing independent accounts within the retail industry
* Formulate and agree JBPs with Distributors and Commercial Partners
* Develop effective customer contacts with all relevant functions
* Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account
* Ensure sales forecasts and sales targets are achieved
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure product availability
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Regularly reviewing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement
* Promoting product visibility within independent accounts
* Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful KAM (Independents Account Manager) - HA should have:
* A degree in a relevant field
* Strong sales experience within the retail industry
* Proven experience in managing independent accounts
* Excellent relationship building skills
* A thorough understanding of the home appliances sector
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year
* An additional car allowance
* PLUS! Bonus/commission of up to £12,000
* The role is hyrbid: 3 x days office (Surrey), 2 days on the road
