PostgreSQL Advocate:
 * 15 + years of experience with deep knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, features, and common issues
 * Assisting customers with database design, performance tuning, query optimization, upgrades, patching, deployments, test data management and data migration involving PostgreSQL
 * Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the PostgreSQL engineering or support teams
 * Liaising with Product managers to identify and define product vision/roadmap
 * Help customers troubleshoot PostgreSQL-related issues or escalate critical problems to appropriate technical teams
 * Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
 * Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles related to PostgreSQL
 * Attending conferences and delivering training sessions or webinars to educate customers about PostgreSQL features and how to solve common issues
 * Report on customer satisfaction, support outcomes, and product feedback to internal stakeholders
 * Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding PostgreSQL product features and support quality
 * Be a part of the PostgreSQL Community and forums
