Job Role:
Clinical Pharmacist
Band: 7
SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Review prescriptions and conduct patient-oriented medication reviews
2. Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to multi-disciplinary teams
3. Involve patients in medication decisions to support adherence and outcomes
4. Utilise non-medical prescribing skills as needed
5. Influence service development to improve patient care through redesign
6. Participate in clinical audits and service evaluations
7. Supervise junior pharmacy staff
8. Contribute to the training and development of junior pharmacy team members and other multi-disciplinary team members
9. Participate in the clinical supervision program
10. Develop policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines
11. Contribute to initiatives for improving medication safety
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
12. 6 months of Healthcare experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
13. Right to work in the UK
14. References covering the last 3 years of clinical employment
15. AHPs should have 1 year of experience
16. GPhC registered
17. Overseas Police Check, if any
18. Indemnity Insurance
19. Up-to-date CV
20. Key skills: Compassion, Time management, Clinical Skills
