We provide support, nurture and guidance to Unaccompanied Asylum- seeking young people, ages which range from 15 years+. Certainly looking for someone who is passionate and committed to support our young people to achieve and thrive in building a life in a new country. Work in partnership with service users, carers, family members, third sector and multi agency partners to provide service users with holistic support. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
