We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join the team of a national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction hire industry. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Area Sales Representatives across the region and be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the regional sales team delivers against revenue targets.
Working closely with senior management and regional teams, you will play a key role in delivering strategic growth and maintaining high performance across all divisions.
