I am hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to join a remote-first, innovation-driven tech company. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
* Design scalable, secure backend systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
* Optimise performance and troubleshoot issues
* Manage MySQL databases and deploy applications on AWS
Requirements
* 4+ years of full-stack development experience
* Proficiency in Ruby, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS
* Familiarity with Ubuntu, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Knowledge of additional languages or frameworks
