Role: IT Account Director
Location: Field Based and 1 day at Borehamwood HQ
FTE: Full Time
Salary: competitive + car allowance + commission

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional with a proven track record in selling IT and Security services to medium and large enterprises. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships and guiding clients through digital transformation. Responsibilities include creating and presenting detailed technology roadmaps during QBRs, driving customer success, and ensuring high NPS scores. Working closely with technical teams and solution specialists, you’ll identify commercial opportunities, gather client feedback, and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales growth targets
* Conduct QBRs and face-to-face client meetings
* Create and present technology roadmaps and proposals
* Communicate technology updates and company changes
* Address client queries and act on feedback
* Stay current with industry trends and new technologies
* Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate advice
Qualifications :
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Experience engaging and negotiating with C-level executives
* Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology plans
* Solid technical understanding of core products and security concepts
* Proven success in exceeding IT and security sales targets
* 5+ years in MSP or similar environment and customer success
* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Technical Knowledge: Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, Antivirus, EDR, MFA, antispam, security reviews
