Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Room Leader)
Location: Bedfordshire
Daily Rate: £115 - £175 (based on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming nursery located on the outskirts of Bedfordshire. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to take on a room leader role within this inclusive and nurturing early years setting.
This nursery is highly regarded locally and holds a GOOD Ofsted rating. It offers a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore through play and hands-on learning. Staff are passionate about supporting every child's development and building strong relationships with families.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
* Access to your own transport (due to location)
* A positive and proactive approach to working with children
* Experience in a nursery setting is essential
* Experience in leading a room (desirable but not essential)
* A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
* A team player with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a room within the nursery, creating a safe, engaging learning environment
* Promote positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Support the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies
