Join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Coordinator at Augustine Heights!
Hours: Permanent part-time role (30 hours per week), Monday to Friday, working split shifts. Full availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including:

1. Program planning, delivery, and documentation
2. Staff rostering and supervision
3. Administration and financial management tasks (e.g. fee collection)
4. Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program
5. Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment
6. Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
7. Participate in professional and personal development
8. Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.
Job Requirements:
9. Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent)
10. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
11. Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
12. Experience in the education and care of children (OSHC).
13. Child protection training is a requirement for this role
14. Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
15. Effective workplace communication
16. Leadership skills and the ability to lead a large team
