Our client is a well-established UK-based IT Managed Services Provider supporting hundreds of organisations across the region. This is a hands-on, client-facing technical role within a dynamic engineering team. You'll be responsible for delivering 2nd line support across a variety of systems and environments through both remote and on-site service. Responsibilities include: Managing support tickets covering desktop, server, networking, and cloud services Conducting proactive and reactive client site visits Supporting and mentoring junior engineers Recommending and implementing technical improvements Maintaining accurate documentation and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction What will you need? Solid experience with Windows Server and Windows OS Office 365 administration Hyper-V / VMware Strong understanding of networking (DNS, routing, switching) Experience with VoIP systems (3CX preferred) Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills Methodical approach with high attention to detail and strong customer service focus What would be desirable?
