We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Business Application Engineer to lead the way in transforming our digital landscape, with a particular focus on our Social Care Management systems, including LiquidLogic.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and inspire change: Take charge of managing and driving forward change across our business applications, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and ready for the future.
* Design & implement solutions: Use your expertise to implement strategic solutions that support our evolving needs, working closely with business areas and technical teams.
* Champion Social Care systems: Bring your experience of the Council’s Social Care Management systems—especially LiquidLogic—to deliver improvements that directly impact our community.
* Engage stakeholders & lead teams: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and provide effective line management and mentorship to a talented team of analysts and engineers.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in managing and delivering change within complex business application environments.
* Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and support innovative solutions.
* Hands‑on experience with LiquidLogic or similar Social Care Management systems.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and line management skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused approach.
