This organisation is embarking on an ambitious journey to gain 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and unify its management systems. As an IMS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in implementing ISO standards that will impact operations across the UK, Europe, and the US.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As IMS Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System across Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
Key responsibilities include:
* Working cross-functionally to capture and formalise undocumented processes
* Managing the internal audit schedule and driving audit readiness
* Supporting internal audits and corrective action processes
* Maintaining risk registers, compliance logs, and document control
* Driving continuous improvement and CAPA tracking
* Supporting ISO audit preparation for key 2026 certification milestones
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this IMS Coordinator role, you’ll need:
* Experience in a similar role within manufacturing, engineering, or waste management
* Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
* Internal Auditor training and practical auditing experience
* Experience with digital IMS or document control systems (e.g. SharePoint)
* Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills
Bonus Points For:
* Lead Auditor certification (or a willingness to gain it – support provided post-probation)
* Familiarity with ISO 50001 or 17025 standards
