# SAP Basis Architect at N Consulting Ltd**Role: SAP Basis Architect****Location :London, UK (Hybrid - 4 days office Mandatory)****Duration: Fulltime**Own the architecture, security, and operations of SAP SaaS platforms (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, SAC, SAP BTP). Define tenant/landscape strategy, ensure secure integrations and reliable releases, and drive compliance and cost efficiency.Core Responsibilities:• Define target architecture, tenant strategy, and standards for SAP SaaS.• Govern identity, SSO, and provisioning with IAS/IPS and enterprise IdPs.• Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite; standardize APIs/events.• Orchestrate releases and changes; maintain runbooks and cutover plans.• Implement monitoring and incident/problem management via Cloud ALM.• Enforce security baselines, audit logging, and compliance controls.• Oversee data flows, retention, and privacy across products.• Track licenses/consumption; optimize costs and vendor engagements.Required Experience• 8–12 years in SAP Basis/platform; 3+ years architecting SAP SaaS.• Hands-on with S/4HANA Cloud and at least two of SuccessFactors/Ariba/BTP/SAC.• Strong in SSO (SAML/OAuth), RBAC/SoD, and SCIM provisioning.• Proven integration design with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and API governance.• Practical experience with Cloud ALM, CBC, and SaaS transport/change patterns.• Familiar with ITIL and controls in regulated environments.
