Trade Counter Assistant – Dungannon

Responsibilities
* Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product advice and recommendations.
* Proactively engaging with both new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
* Handling customer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on the system and put away in the warehouse which will involve manual handling of heavy stock such as toilets, sinks, boilers & radiators.
Qualifications
* Plumbing Industry experience is preferable.
* Experience of working in a busy trade counter environment.
* Proven experience in face-to-face sales and customer service.
* Dependable team player, prepared to support all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
* Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.50 hours per week: Monday - Wednesday 07:30am - 5:00pm, Thursday 07:30am - 8:00pm (on a rota basis), Friday 07:30am - 4:00pm.
