Project Quantity Surveyor - Central London Salary: £65,000 all-in Location: Central London (Initially Office-Based) Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor. The Role Based initially out of the client's Central London head office, you will be overseeing multiple live façade remediation schemes spanning across London and the Home Counties. These projects range in value up to £3m. You will report directly to a Senior QS (this is not a Senior QS vacancy). Overseeing commercial relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors. Managing procurement schedules in line with contract programmes. Producing regular reports on finance, operational performance, and commercial risks. Ensuring customer invoices are raised and subcontractor retentions are released. Requirements Essential: Degree qualified (BSc or equivalent). Essential: Contractor background with a similar profile (Tier 2 preferred). Desirable: Proven experience successfully managing multiple live projects. Compliance: Valid CSCS Card and Asbestos Awareness certificate.
