Our client, a leader aerospace industry, is seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join their team permanently. This role manages business demand across sales, new business, consignment stock, and inventory replenishment. You'll oversee approximately 1,500 SKUs and work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Operations. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Key Responsibilities: Interpret contractual requirements; distinguish ad-hoc vs. consignment sales Produce reports on part usage and demand trends Support Purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels Act as the main contact for contractual customers, ensuring high service levels Build and enhance consignment dashboards (Power BI required) Use data to drive sales, identify consignment opportunities, and target new contracts Handle inventory tasks: stock reservations, expiry tracking, adjustments, and remote cycle counts Reconcile consignment usage reports and issue monthly invoices Manage replenishment orders and ensure timely fulfilment Prepare and present KPIs (monthly/quarterly) using PowerPoint Assist with contract pricing proposals and maintain records Liaise with Logistics to ensure on-time shipments Track consignment KPIs and lead quarterly reviews Align customer and internal stock levels Conduct demand analysis and provide insights Escalate and resolve open orders with alternative solutions Requirements: Experience in sales administration or business development Strong data analysis skills Proficient in Excel and Power BI Familiarity with MRP and inventory control (preferred) Excellent communication skills Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable Degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant experience (preferred) Benefits: Join a leading aerospace organisation Career development and training Collaborative, supportive work culture Competitive benefits package If you're an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next opportunity, apply now to join a high-performing team.
