Responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering engaging, tailored lesson plans for each session
* Monitoring attendance, sessions, and student engagement using our digital platform
* Communicating professionally with TP Tutors staff, parents, and carers to support progress
* Prioritizing safeguarding in every interaction
* Providing tuition in-person at London locations or remotely from home
Minimum requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent
* Experience teaching primary or secondary-aged children
* Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience to motivate students
* At least 2 years’ experience tutoring 1:1 or in small groups
* Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN), or willingness to learn
* Skill in managing challenging behaviors and adapting to individual needs

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential to become permanent later.
