Private Client Solicitor | Associate / Senior Associate level | Oxford

The Work You'll Love
You'll handle a broad and complex private client practice, including:
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Delivering estate planning advice, covering:
* Inheritance Tax
* Capital Gains Tax
* Income Tax
* Creation and structuring of lifetime trusts
* Managing estate administrations from start to finish, including:
* Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
* Foreign domicile matters
* Re-sealing of grants
* Intestate estates
* Preparing deeds of variation, deeds of gift, and family arrangements
* Advising on trust creation, management, and structuring, working closely with a specialist Trust Administration team who handle ongoing administration and compliance
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with qualified solicitors who bring:
* A strong background in wills, probate, and estate planning, with experience running their own caseload
* STEP qualification preferred, or a clear commitment to working towards it
* A confident, personable style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work collaboratively, supervise others where appropriate, and lead by example
* A genuine commitment to exceptional client care
* Experience managing relationships across teams and with external referrers
* A flexible mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
